GHEE URAD DAL LADDU OR SUNNUNDALLU

Today's Recipe is Ghee Urad Dal Laddu it is also called as Minapa Sunnundallu. This Sweet is properly made in Sankranthi festival. It is a high Nutrient Supplement. The Sweet is very crunchy and tasty . It is very easy to prepare.watch and enjoy my video.
Ingredients
- Urad dal - 2 Cups
- Cardmom Powder- 1 Table Spoon
- Jaggery- 1 1/2 Cup
- Ghee as Required
- 1/4 Cup of Broken Cashews and Almonds
Procedure.
- First take a Pan and add 2 Cups of Urad dal.
- Dry roast the urad dal till the urad dal color Changes to golden brown.
- Then cool the roasted urad dal.
- After cooling the urad dal, blend as a coarse Powder and keep aside.
- Take another pan and add 1 spoon of Ghee. Add 1/4 th Spoon of Broken Cashews and Almonds.
- Roast the Almonds and Cashews .
- Take another Pan and add Ghee. Once ghee is hot, add the roasted Urad dal Powder and mix it well.
- Then add the above mix into the blender and add 1 1/2 Cup of Jaggery and just blend them. so that the ingredients are mixed Properly,
- Take the blended mixture into a bowl and add 1 Spoon of Cardmom Powder.
- Add Roasted Cashews and almonds to it.
- Add Some amount of Ghee and mix it properly.
- Mix slowly until you get nice consistency to make laddus,
- Laddus are ready,
- Garnish with Almond Powder. Enjoy our Delicious recipe.
